A Fills, Earthwork, Culverts, and Drainage Permit application MUST be filed with the CGCC office and approved by the Building Committee prior to ANY moving of earth on a member's property.
Property boundaries MUST be CLEARLY marked prior to any new construction or earthworks so that the Building Committee can check for setbacks and utilities. |
