Do I need a permit for earthwork?

A Fills, Earthwork, Culverts, and Drainage Permit application MUST be filed with the CGCC office and approved by the Building Committee prior to ANY moving of earth on a member's property.

Property boundaries MUST be CLEARLY marked prior to any new construction or earthworks so that the Building Committee can check for setbacks and utilities.

What are the requirements for pet owners?

Pets are allowed in Cape George Colony Club without a formal permit. Dogs off of owner’s property must be on a leash at all times. Pet owners must pick up after pets when out for a walk. Please see rule PP01.
