1. Welcome and Introductions – Jane Ludwig, President
2. Approval of minutes from last year’s Annual Membership Meeting (motion needed from the floor)
3. Membership Report – Pat Gulick, Secretary, as submitted.
4. Treasurer’s Report – Fayla Schwartz, as submitted.
5. Manager’s Report – Marnie W. Levy, as submitted.
6. Committee Reports –Environmental, Finance, Fitness, Marina, Nominating, Pool, Roads & Building, and Water Advisory, as submitted. Emergency Preparedness and Workshop, to come.
7. Social Club Report – as submitted.
8. Member Participation
9. The result of the vote to change the Bylaw Article III B1 will be announced, Pat Gulick - Secretary.
10. Introduction of new CG Board of Trustees, Pat Gulick – Secretary.
